I just finished reading Burn by James Patrick Kelly and I loved it. It's a fabulous example of a story told well. Burn is so engaging that this recommendation comes with a WARNING. *If you pick it up you may not want to put it down.*

Jim is "The Story Doctor" and I stand by that statement. Burn is all story. Rich with sensual detail about the characters, their world, and their dilemma, Burn pulls you through the pages, speeding you along until you find yourself wishing for just one more page even as you close the cover.
