I've been wanting to do a "Things to do in Boston" for awhile. This isn't your average list and it's far from a complete list. In fact, it's more of a random smattering than anything. But he's what I have so far:
Drive southbound across the ... bridge around 8:30-9:00 so that you can smell the sausages being made by the plant in Chelsea.
Have a picnic on the Esplanade along the Charles River.
Buy a take-out pizza from either Figg's or The Upper Crust, which are both on Charles Street, and walk to the Public Garden for a late afternoon lunch/dinner.
Walk around Fanuel Hall and watch the performers.
Walk around Harvard Square in the evening, stepping into the assorted shops to look around, and people watch.
Take the ferry around Boston Harbor.
Go on the tour to see the inside of the USS Constitution- "Old Iron Sides".
Stroll down Commonwealth Avenue during a nice sunny day.
Eat at one of the outdoor restaraunts on Newbury Street.
